This Booking Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to driving lesson bookings at Yash Car Driving School, Seville Grove, Western Australia. By booking a lesson with us, you agree to the policies mentioned below.

Lesson Booking

Driving lessons can be booked online, via phone, or by direct contact with our instructors. All bookings are subject to instructor availability and confirmation.

• Advance booking is recommended to secure preferred time slots.
• Lesson duration and package details are confirmed at booking.
• Valid learner’s permit is mandatory before lessons begin.

Payment Policy

Lesson payments must be completed as agreed at the time of booking.

• Payments accepted via cash or other approved methods.
• Lesson packages must be prepaid.
• Unpaid lessons may be cancelled.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Minimum 24 hours notice required.
• Late cancellations may be charged fully.
• No-shows are charged the full lesson fee.

Instructor & Vehicle Safety

• Lessons may be cancelled due to unsafe conditions.
• Instructor instructions must be followed at all times.
• Unsafe behaviour can result in lesson termination.

Refund Policy

Refunds are reviewed individually and subject to management approval.

• No refunds for missed or late-cancelled lessons.
